Feeling overwhelmed? Feeling anxious? We all struggle with a variety of feelings and may need a helping hand to get us back on the right track. Life is too short to struggle with and accept bad relationships, deal with unresolved fear, anger or resentments, trauma that has not been healed or feelings of anxiousness. I feel that we all have the potential to live life to the fullest, be happy and achieve a better quality of life. Let me help you discover your authentic self and the real you throughout the therapy process as I can promise you I am as real and authentic as one can get.
I can provide you with a safe and confidential space to explore your feelings and concerns. I will help guide you through the therapy process and help you develop and achieve your goals. During my seven years of experience, I have guided families and and adults of all ages to overcome a variety of difficult situations.
I have experience assisting people with concerns regarding trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, communication, stress, self-esteem, parenting, sexual addiction, physical abuse and vocational or educational concerns. My regular work hours are Tuesday through Thursday 10am-7pm but can accommodate additional times if necessary. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
