Regardless of the size and scope of life's challenges, I believe that counseling can help restore clarity, direction, and energy. Simply put, my job is to function as your compass, and help guide you through these times. I believe that our counseling relationship will not only help identify your strengths and resources, but also help you to learn additional ways of thinking, behaving, and relating. I am committed to helping you explore your unique potentials, formulate goals, and work toward positive changes and meaningful solutions. I take seriously my responsibility-and the incredible opportunity-to help you navigate these challenges and achieve personal growth.

 

I work with adolescents, individuals, and couples on a variety of concerns including interpersonal and family relationships, grief, anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, educational concerns, self-injury, sexual addiction, physical and sexual abuse, and LGBT life issues. I have specialized training and certification in both suicide detection and prevention and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM).

 

My office hours include day and evening appointment times, as well as Saturday morning sessions at least once a month. My rates are set to be competitive.
