I work with children and adolescents ages 7-18. I specialize in Trauma across the lifespan and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) but also work with a range of issues stemming from trauma such as depression, anxiety and/or suicidal ideation. I primarily work with individuals, but seek to create a partnership with parents and families as needed. It is a privilege to enter into someone's life during vulnerable times, and i honor the opportunity to help guide individuals on their journey of healing. I believe in creative approaches to therapy, and often incorporate art, therapeutic games and mindfulness into sessions when appropriate.
